The objective is to design, develop and customize and administer Remedy-based systems that align with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset/Cmdb and Knowledge Management. Creating and maintaining technical documentation with respect to system design. Exposure to recent Remedy/DWP releases, implementations, and applications is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Remedy system maintenance and handling issues with AR/Mid tier/ RSSO components
• Development and Customization of Remedy/ITSM v9, v19.8 and v20
• Administration & Configuration of BMC ITSM - IM, PM, CM, SLM, AM, CMDB, SRM, KM, RM
• Development/Customization/Configurations of BMC My-IT/ Smart-IT(DWP), Smart Reporting and SRM
• Integration of Remedy with 3rd Party Solutions using Web Services, REST APIs.
• Develop and implement customer value through development
• Minimizes the backlog and aging of support issues
  Maintain BMC Product platform availability.
  Troubleshoot BMC Application, customizations, integration issues.
  Administration & Creation of Spoon Jobs

Capabilities

• Understands TMF Group s business lines, regulatory requirements and how the organization is structured.
• Good understanding of Remedy Architecture
• Experience in handling AR/Midtier/RSSO issues.
• Experience in Action Request System development
• Experience in BMC ITSM Suite - IM, PM, CM, AM, SLM, CMDB, SRM, KM, RM
• Experience in Mobility Solution My-IT, Smart IT (DWP)
• Experience in Smart Reporting
• Minimum years of experience: Typically, up to 5 years
• Supports the up skilling of team through sharing of knowledge, best practice and coaching
• Will share knowledge to ensure targets are met.
• Understands own motivation and impact of personal impact to optimize personal and team performance
• Communicates (verbally and through written work) information in a clear and concise manner
• Will manage stakeholders' expectations with regards to delivery.
