A key part of TMF s Global Business Services for global and multi-jurisdictional clients involves the process of on boarding a new client and to coordinate the transfer responsibility to the TMF Group.
TMF is an international business that takes respect, culture and values very seriously. The ability to project manage a global and dispersed multi-cultural team is therefore of the utmost importance. Project Management and Communication Skills:
  • The successful candidate will have demontrated strong client facing and project management skills (PMP and/or Prince 2 certification are a plus), accustomed to speaking and negotiating with client C-levels, performing proactive risk management and appropriate contract management ensuring that the solution delivered meets the scope and contract signed;
  • The GEM IPM will perform stakeholder & project governance management both externally and internally, communicating with both client stakeholders and TMF stakeholders (i.e. Local Offices, Technical Teams, Management/Leadership, Colleagues and others when applicable);
  • Additionally, the GEM IPM will create, maintain and deliver the required project outputs (as required by department management) to satisfy the correct tracking of the project and updates towards clients.
Global Entity Management (Corporate Secretarial) Knowledge:
  • The GEM(Global Entity Management) Implementation Project Manager will additionally have a background or acquired knowledge of Global Entity Management and/or Legal processes, understanding from a generalists' perspective how legal entities, directorship services, address changes, dissolutions, audits, amongst others are set up, structured, dependencies, implications, outputs and timelines.
Other:
  • Fluency in English is a requirement;
  • Project Management certification is a plus;
  • Experience working with database solutions is a plus;
  • Timetable flexibility is required to manage multi-country, multi-regional projects. The company will also provide flexibility in order to compensate those late/early calls.

Reporting:
This role will report to the Practice Head of GEM.
