Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability in the assigned region - Manage and oversee the performance of the finance department for Tanishq, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams - Monitor and control expenses to ensure budget targets are met - Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making - Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals - Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives - Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery industry - Strong understanding of financial principles and practices - Proven track record of driving sales and profitability - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software - Willingness to travel within the assigned region If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for the jewellery industry and a strong background in finance, we want to hear from you!
