Job Summary
Position Objective:Seeking a motivated and results-driven sales counsellor to providing guidance and information on edtech programs and drive enrolment growth through effective sales strategies and student recruitment efforts, while maintaining excellent learner relationships.
Role and Responsibilities: To manage online enquiries and leads from various sources to drive sales. To provide academic and career counselling to prospective learners or parents. To conduct eligibility tests and assist learners with selection processes. To ensure completion of the admission process and collection of necessary documents. To support prospective learners throughout the admission process. To collect program fees from the enrolled learners. To maintain and update MIS system and submit reports in a timely manner. To meet individual admission targets and conversion rates.
