Job Summary
Role Overview:The Salesforce Campaign Developer will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or other Salesforce tools. This role requires expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Design & Development: Design and develop marketing campaigns within Salesforce, including email campaigns, automation workflows, and customer journeys. Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or other relevant Salesforce tools to meet campaign objectives. Implementation of Journey/Event and Real Time campaigns.Data Management: Utilize Salesforce data management tools to segment audiences, create targeted lists, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.Automation & Optimization:Develop and manage marketing automation processes, including nurturing, and personalized messaging.Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.Integration & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to ensure alignment and integration of campaigns with broader business objectives. Integrate Salesforce with other marketing tools and platforms as needed.Reporting & Analytics:Create and maintain reports to track campaign performance and provide insights.Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvements and future strategies.
