Job Summary
- 7-10 years experience working in banking, financial services or software product firms
- You have Technical experience in a FinTech/Financial services industry
- Experience crafting product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, leading design discussions keeping end-user experience as the north star
- Highly analytical demeanour with an ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data to gauge exciting priorities across business units in multiple geographies. Quickly move between contexts, and demonstrate agility and focus while continuing to deliver
- Experience and proficiency with modern databases (Snowflake/AWS/Azure, etc.) along with experience in integrating with front-end technology stacks. SQL skills and familiarity with big data technologies and the data infrastructure ecosystem
- Good Understanding of the Modern data architecture of data pipelines, data warehousing, and data management systems and knowledge of data lifecycle design and methodologies
- Should be a collaborative teammate partnering with Reconciliations, Engineering Teams, Dev Ops, and other stakeholders to deliver compelling products that meet those needs
- Experience and the ability to work in an Agile delivery environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of IT industry trends, suppliers, and products
- Understanding of Cloud methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, logical skills and a strong team player
- You are confident in working closely with other teams and taking ownership of projects
- You have meticulous attention to detail
- You have a curious mind and strong problem solving capability
- You are highly organised, detail oriented, diligent and has excellent time-management skills
- You re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult situations
- You are always on the lookout for recurring issues and help create new workflows to solve them
