Special Projects Manager, Operations Job in Tide Platform Limited

You ll be a great fit if:
You have a B-Tech and MBA degree
You have extensive experience (minimum 5-8 years) and a demonstrable trackrecord of delivering complex, cross-functional projects or programmes in technologyorganisations
You ve led programmes ranging between tech/product and operational focus, and arehappy to apply your experience where it s needed we only have a small number ofprogrammes and our programme managers need to to adapt to their demands
You re comfortable with ambiguity we will build frameworks and processes wherewe need to, but what s important is delivery and that we move at pace. We may notknow exactly how best to manage a given programme. You won t be spoon-fed andwill need to find out what s needed and where you need to play to be most effective
You have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
You ll be working with the most junior and the most senior people at Tide and willneed to be equally adept at building relationships with both. You have experiencemanaging external stakeholders as well.
You have superlative communication skills, both face-to-face and on paper, and youbelieve in over-investing in communication
You have experience working in agile delivery environments. We aren t looking toimpose waterfall approaches on our teams and you'll be able to find the right ways ofworking with them to deliver results (and this may differ across programmes)
You re intensely data-driven, you use it to inform your own decisions and to helpothers to make theirs. You use data to test hypotheses (and take actions or coursecorrect where necessary) and to provide transparency and support arguments ratherthan relying on anecdotal evidence. You use tools such as PowerBI or Looker to dothis (and spreadsheets where you have to!)
You work with your sleeves rolled up. This isn t a PMO role, we don t need projectplan jockeys or deliverable chasers you ll be deep in the detail and getting yourhands dirty
You re a master influencer none of the people you will need will work for you (buteveryone will want to succeed!)
