Job Summary
- Experience in establishing and fostering fresh channel partnerships aimed at exploring untapped markets and enhancing business prospects, specifically focusing on partnerships within the Restaurant, hotel, Salon industries
- Graduate/PG with minimum of 5+ years of experience in a business with a payments or Fintech focus (preferably in Prepaid Card Sales) in a partnership, with an overall work experience of 12 years.
- Handled FSE team and capable of building the FSE team from Scratch
- You are keen and eager to contribute to a startup environment, particularly in identifying new use cases.
- Display a creative and out-of-the-box mindset.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on fieldwork, starting from the grassroots level, to gain practical insights into market dynamics.
- Ability to quickly establish robust working relationships, emphasizing effective and meaningful engagement.
- You will be able to demonstrate a results-oriented work ethic with impeccable attention to detail.
- Possessing an interest or understanding of the financial sector in India
- Self-starter mentality, demonstrating proactive initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
