Lead Software Engineer - Ios Job in Tibco Software Inc

Role Responsibilities o Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS/Mac platform. o Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. o Prepare test plan, test cases and execute/automate them. o Work on bug fixing, complex customer escalations and improving application performance. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. o Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency. o Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Basic Qualifications o Proficiency in iOS/Mac application development using Objective C/Swift (preferably Enterprise apps) o B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent. o Hands on experience of at least 10+ years of software development lifecycle o Good knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and OS o Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, CFNetwork, UIKit etc. o In depth Understanding of Apple s recommended design principles, interface guidelines and best practices for coding. o Experience with performance and memory tuning of complex Apps o Hands on experience in multi-threaded programming, and good knowledge of networking concepts o Experience of accessing data as JSON/ XML using REST APIs. o Have a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive. o Experience in Designing and developing advanced hybrid applications for iOS and Android platforms using ReactNative, Flutter etc. will be a plus. o Experience with Agile development methodology (preferably scrum), continuous integration and tools (GIT, JIRA etc.) used to achieve the same. o Drive and willingness to focus and commit with a strong work ethic
