Job Duties: Analyze business, systems, and process requirements; document AS-IS and TO-BE processes; perform gap analysis and recommend process improvement; translate business requirements into technical specifications; design and develop complex, mission-critical Oracle enterprise resource planning solutions to support business functions in the areas of finance, manufacturing, and distribution; write technical design documents based on functional requirements; configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade Oracle Enterprise Applications; set up and customize Oracle Descriptive Flex Fields (DFF) to accommodate extensions; perform data migration from legacy systems; configure and maintain Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) for customer data management; design and develop interfaces between Oracle enterprise application and external third party applications using TCA APIs; design related data modeling and mapping; write scripts to schedule cron jobs; create and maintain user roles and responsibilities; synchronize MS Active Directory with Oracle Applications to control user access/security; design and develop reports; write adhoc queries; participate in testing and debugging; administer system performance by fine tuning the performance of database calls in PL/SQL stored procedures; and provide guidance to less experience systems analysts.
