Your responsibilities Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions to fulfill customer requirements. Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Design & propose solutions. Provide production support for the plants, which are live. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working. Prepare test cases for unit, integration testing; perform and document results, train users. Understand project plans, support requirements, and estimate for assigned work. Your profile 5+ years of experience as functional SAP eWM consultant Good knowledge of integration between other modules / 3rd party systems with eWM. Knowledge in basic and advanced functions of EWM (Warehouse strategies, WO, WT, HU, POSC, resource management, wave management, RF, VAS, warehouse monitor, Alerts ) Knowhow tools: - Solution Manager, JIRA, ITIL based processes & DevOps Agile way of working
