Your responsibilities Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program / project clients Deliver weekly status reports, either developed directly or in concert with project managers working in the program, and providing program / project progress and issues to client stakeholders, delivery management Business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping Functional design document (FDD) development Functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing Key user training, go-live support and post go-live process improvement User Support
