Job Description: Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy. Identify key HR priorities and initiatives to support organizational growth and success. Provide guidance and recommendations to executive management on HR-related matters. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top-quality candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to meet talent requirements. Lead efforts to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees within the organization. Foster a positive employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Performance Management and Employee Development: Establish and oversee performance management systems and processes to drive employee performance and development. Implement performance evaluation methodologies and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and coaching. Identify training and development needs, design employee development programs, and evaluate their effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. Employee Relations and Engagement: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage employee grievance processes and handle complex employee relations issues. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
