As a Partnered Data Scientist, you will be responsible for collaborating with external partners and clients to develop data-driven solutions and insights. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to drive business outcomes and support decision-making processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and implementation of advanced analytics projects, ensuring that they align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with external partners and clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Design and implement data analysis projects to uncover insights and solve complex problems. Develop predictive models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and optimize performance. Conduct thorough data exploration and preprocessing to ensure data quality and reliability. Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate and interpret findings. Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts, to integrate data science solutions into existing systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to improve business processes and decision-making. Maintain documentation and provide training to ensure knowledge transfer and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred. Proven experience as a data scientist or in a similar role, preferably in a collaborative or client-facing capacity. Strong knowledge of data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience working with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn). Familiarity with database systems, SQL, and data manipulation techniques. Solid understanding of experimental design and hypothesis testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply analytical methods to real-world challenges. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
