Job Description: WMS & TMS Support Specialist

About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for logistics? If so, this role might be perfect for you! As a WMS & TMS Support Specialist at Thoucentric, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients experience seamless operations with their Warehouse Management (WMS) and Transportation Management (TMS) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage client queries and issues related to WMS and TMS tools.
  • Classify issues based on priority and severity for efficient resolution.
  • Maintain clear and concise trackers and dashboards to monitor progress and adhere to SLAs.
  • Analyze data and identify root causes of problems.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues and recommend enhancements.
  • Provide insightful answers to business-related queries.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Aptitude for analyzing processes and operational data.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization (preferred).
