Job Summary

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing marketing automation strategies, campaigns and programs to support business objectives in line with the overall demand generation strategy. This role will have responsibility for managing our marketing automation platform (Oracle Eloqua) including all related activities such as data management, content creation, email design/testing, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting and analysis, and integration with salesforce CRM. The successful candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of digital channels and technology and be able to work across multiple teams and functions.

About the Role:


Develop, implement and manage marketing automation campaigns, strategies and programs to meet annual demand generation goals.
Manage implementation of marketing automation system (Oracle Eloqua). Ensure proper use of system by team members and end users.
Oversee day-to-day operations of marketing automation system including email and campaigns setup, lead scoring, list building etc.
Provide guidance on best practices, tools and techniques to ensure effective use of marketing automation capabilities.
Create content including emails, landing pages, forms, web pages, etc. using HTML templates, graphic assets, and dynamic text.
Work closely with product marketing team to understand requirements and create targeted messages that drive conversions.
Assess and analyze data to determine effectiveness of campaigns, test hypotheses and make recommendations to improve results.
Identify areas of improvement within existing marketing automation processes and systems.
Integrate marketing automation with other marketing platforms such as social media and website CMS.
Manage vendor relationships to provide ongoing improvements and enhancements to marketing automation capabilities.

About You: -


Minimum 3 years experience in marketing automation or similar technology focused position
Experience managing complex marketing automation projects and integrating them into existing marketing plans.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands while maintaining high quality standards.
Strong analytical ability, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets through creative thinking and innovative solutions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications.
