Responsibilities:

• Getting site details from the mediators/landowners & visit the site.
• Source online for new properties, mediators/landowners.
• Prepare and maintain checklists for the property during visit.
• Analyzing the Feasibility & Profitability of Land.
• Competitor Analysis for the micro-market.
• Preparation & updating monthly reports.
• Attend review meetings on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Arranging meetings with Head and Landowner.
• Collecting the documents from the landowner for legal verification.
• Signing off the deals once due diligence is completed.
• Coordination with various government departments to verify the land status and approvals.
