Job Summary
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in production support
Required skills:
- Experience working with Linux is a must
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Good in communication and handling clients
- Responsible for installation and deployment of applications
- Coordinate with the dev team and end-users for resolution.
- Perform software version update, data backup, application interface settings enable/disable at end of the business hours.
- Knowledge in PHP / Javascript or any coding would be an added advantage
