Job Summary

Experience: 5 to 10 years experience preferably in Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of NTR or other IPT platforms including complex deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Enterprise Voice and Unified Communications solutions and Architecture components
  • Knowledge of MSSQL and MYSQL scripts
  • Experience of working with standard production control processes: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Event Management
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift, and willing to be on-call some weekends
