Project Planning & Coordination:
Develop project schedules and resource plans with project managers.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
Monitor progress and adjust plans to mitigate delays.
Technical Execution
Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and BIM models:
Supervise erection of steel structures, roofing (metal sheets, cladding, insulation), and concrete
elements.
Ensure compliance with AISC, ASCE, AWS, and local building codes.
Quality Control:
Conduct inspections of materials (e.g., steel grades, welding) and structural integrity.
Implement testing protocols (e.g., load tests, leak checks).
Safety Management:
Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols.
Lead toolbox talks and safety audits.
