This position is essential to generating and contacting new leads/clients and establishing a rapport as well as cultivating existing relationships. The Head of BD will plan and oversee new market initiatives and opportunities .

  • Responsible for Lead Development and Implementation of Business Development Strategy for GDN [alignment with organizational goal]
  • Responsible for business expansion and improve its sales, revenues, product offerings, and brand awareness
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of business plans for the penetration of new markets
  • Manage all customer relationship activities to ensure delivery of high quality service
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs & preferences
  • Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments
  • Establish strategic partnership with other companies to leverage on their network

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree (any subject)
  • Masters Degree (not mandatory) preferably in any Business discipline, Marketing or Strategy

Experience

  • Experience range-15+ years professional experience ( preferably in strategic/Business Development Role )

Location-Pune Trivandrum


  • In-depth knowledge of Business
  • Abreast with the industry dynamics
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects from initiation to completion within prescribed schedules
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
