Robotics, AI and Big Data, India, is a leadership role responsible for driving

high quality solutions that addresses business needs by automating both the business & internal processes. This role also has the responsibility to build capability in terms of RPA tools like UiPth, Blueprism, etc. and advanced AI expertise both as part of the CoE as well as across entities.

- Has an overall experience industry experience of around 15 years+

- Has a minimum qualification of Bachelors in Engineering or any equivalent

- Has strong track record success working in complex technological areas and effectively managing

senior stakeholders to drive change

- Has strong experience of identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancements.

- Has strong exposure to external market trends on technological advancements and prepare the

organization for future

- Has strong track record of leading comparable teams and working in matrix organization

- Has achieved impactful results in the area of simplification and optimization.

- Has shown the agility of taking risks, moving our of comfort zone and explore new avenues
