Job Summary

Principle Responsibilities:Employee Engagement activities at the Circle LevelMaintaining the Circle & Corporate MIS as Manpower report, HRMIS, Headcount, Resignation data, HRMS updation, Transfer In & Out, Complete the joining formalities, Contact No. Poornata ID creation, WFA module on HRMS ID card and visiting card creation, Salary account, ESS/MSS training, Induction, HR/I Expense/AMS/Poornata / I Mitra, VOVAssure all 3 months and 6 months probation and confirmationComplete all payroll inputs from the respective stakeholders and managing the entire attendance management system, and preparing the draft payroll input sheet basis the attendance as on date.

Minimum Requirements

Co ordinate entire F&F processCo ordinate the medical process of CircleCo ordinate the self and manager evaluation, goal setting, updating PMS module on Poornata, mid-year review HRMS audit.

Experience Required :

2 to 6 Years
