Linux, windows server administration, Website panel, Microsoft SQL Server, cPanel, Apache.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Candidates should be able to determine issue type, check known error database for solution, and escalate if necessary.
Need to answer helpdesk tickets & live chat to assist clients encountering problems with their dedicated servers / shared hosting / VPS Hosting
Schedule and apply software and Operating System patches and updates as directed
Working environment in rotation shift.
