Responsible for achievement of sales budget of own H.Q. monthly/yearly.Ensuring 100% coverage of listed customers as per decided frequency.Implementation of sales & MKT strategies.Seek the help of seniors to convert difficult customers.Focus on weak areas of the assigned territory & improve it to achieve sales budget.Creating network of franchisee & own CC to reach clients & excellent services.With the help of seniors help bridge the gap in budget & performance to earn incentives.Co-Ordination with logistics & operationsEnsure timely recovery of money & avoid bad debtsCompetitors & own strategy feedback to management.Coordination with another team member to create good working atmosphere.BSc freshers are also welcomed to send in their applications.

Minimum Requirements

Should have good communication in English written and verbal.Should be willing to work on Field.Should be comfortable speaking to doctors .Should preferably be from Surat or knowing the areas.Male candidates preferred.
