- Compliance to nursing manuals /protocols at all circumstance while on duty.- Following medical prescriptions /orders and taking care of patient s need.- Taking care of minimum housekeeping standards including related departmental interface.- Complete hand over /take over of the assign patients including physically checking the patients and units.- Check the special assignment like checking of crash cart, checking inventory or any other assignment given by in charges.- Plans, organizes and delivers nursing care in a manner that upholds organizational values healing promotions of health and prevention of complications.- Maintain nursing records including nursing notes, consents, nursing assessment, and data for all assign patients as per protocol.
Minimum Requirements
- Reception and orientation of newly admitted patients.- Collects and send all relevant documents duly completed to transfer or discharge process will accompany critical and helpless patients.- Assist the in charge for the ICU / Ward management and officiate in her absence.- Co-ordinate patient care with the various health team members.
