- Experience of HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY ( Hotel or Event ).

- Should have sales increasing ratio in their last job.

- Should be able to build good team.

- Should be able to manage the sales team.

- Should know about sales target.

- Will have to find target customers.

- Should ideas about increasing client ratio.

- Should be able to suggest good ideas about improving sales.

- Should be able to convince client to do deal.
