Job Summary

To achieve primary and secondary Sales target.Managing product-wise business and ensure availability and visibility at retail level.Managing direct Distributor and super stockiest with sub stockiest as per the structure.Implementation of all trade schemes and activities provided in allotted area.Drive sales initiatives regarding market with guide lines to achieve business goal.Responsible for merchandising and supporting BTL activities.Managing inventory movement, stock replenishments and deliveries, monitoring age of stocksMonitor systematically the performance of the sales team and take corrective action for short term strategic plans.SO has to start market working on time (i.e. at around 9:30 a.m. post discussing daily activity with distributor). He also has to ensure timely working of his team member.

Minimum Requirements

Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, MIS report with competition analysis.To conduct monthly meeting on pre-decided date/Days and discus sales development related points like target analysis, next month target, How to achieve success in market, scheme implementation, distributor payment reconciliation, etc.To plan his monthly PJP in a manner to entirely cover allotted area and in case of any change need to inform Marketing Manager and sales coordinator in advance.Constantly focus & increase distribution with distributor width & depth for market, also ensure distributor visits the market on time to time. Monitoring the performance of all distributors.Providing after sales service to every business partner.

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
