Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Process of Orders & Inquiries to Production Department.
  • Preparing Pro-Forma Invoices & Quotation as Per Requirement.
  • Process of New Dealer Appointment & New Client Process.
  • Analysis of Order Solution on Weekly basis as well as Payments Follow- ups on daily basis & discussing action plan with The Seniors.
  • Maintaining Records in soft as well as hard copies.
  • Communicate with Marketing Executives as well as Business Associates for all Updates regarding Order & inquiry Status,dispatched material detail,Payment Update details etc.
  • Reporting To Asst. Manager - Administration.


Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Must Have Sound English Communication Skills Oral & Written.
  • Candidate Must Have Good Presentation Skills.
  • Candidate Should Be Able To Work In Team.
