Requirements and Responsibilities:
Good Communication skills and leadership skills.
Fluent with English Communication.
Recruitment and Hiring.
Handle Disciplinary Actions.
Culture development and training sessions.
Understanding clients requirements and coordinating with them.
Taking telephonic interviews and maintaining their data in our HR software system.
Handling attendance and payroll.
