Job Summary

Job Description

Calling, researching clients, regular follow-up with existing customers


Develop new customers by finding new ways to reach them, ask for referrals, give satisfying answers to customers, create trust, and lead by values of the company.


Find leads online through research and call them with maintaining their database for effective following up


Engage in customer relationship management to carry out surveys


Coordinating with internal teams and the customer to ensure successful project closure


Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.


Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.


Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.


Preparing & sharing the reports on time


Maintain the client data base


Requirements


Must be quick, energetic, willing to learn and deliver the objective of the company


Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients


Excellent written and verbal communication.


Well versed with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc


Good interpersonal skills.

Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
