Minimum Requirements

Approx 2-3 years experience and knowledge of accounts. Receive bills from vendors and other service providers and enter data in predefined format. Coordinate with vendors and resolve queries and communicate acknowledgement of mails. Coordinate with Heads and adding all supporting to the bill and verify them. Prepare voucher for all predefined petty cash expenses. Verify all petty cash expenses of branches and forward it to the Accounts Department. Ordering Stocks Of Stationary & Housekeeping material Of Day To Day Consumption And Maintaining The Stock Records. Arranging Get-Together For The Staff. This Would Include Supervision Of Catering, And Other Logistic Arrangements Required For Office Get-Togethers. Maintaining Attendance Details For The Housekeeping-Peons. Responsible For Ensuring Cleanliness & Maintenance Of The Premises, Personal Properties/Guest Houses. Arranging Transport For Day To Day Commuting By The Staff And Maintain Records Thereof. Also Responsible For Booking Of Travel Tickets In Coordination With The Travel Agencies. Effective Vendor Management Which Includes Negotiations, Preparation Of Contracts, AMC Formulation/Renewal, Billing And Payments. Ensuring That All Facilities Are Maintained At All Times. This Would Include Close Co-Ordination With Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters And Other Facilities Available On Call. Handling Day To Day Petty Cash Which Includes Disbursement And Reconciliation. Responsible For Cafeteria Management Which Involves Checking The Quantity And Quality Of Fruit Served In Cafeteria And Deciding the Seasonal Fruits. Monitoring The Consumption Of Fruit/Milk/Butterm
