Job Summary

Job Description

Develop a good understanding of our web hosting products features and use cases
Understand the main competitors and make weekly marketing plans and targets
Post promotion articles on target websites and platforms
Answer to live chats and Level I technical tickets from customers
Help manage community efforts with user groups
Create new contacts, converting contacts into leads, and converting leads to clients.
Carry out tasks under the supervision of mentor
Identification of various server issues and act according to the guidelines
Documentation of issues

Skills Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to convince customers regarding services and the effort cost by means of sales skills and technical skills
Ability to handle English language as if it is your first language.
General knowledge of Networking, Hardware, software and other emerging tools in the field of Infrastructure management
Proficient in Linux and web-hosting field
Good knowledge about Public Cloud and emerging cloud tools - Purpose and use cases
Good Knowledge on Web server, Mail server, DNS, FTP, SSH
Good understanding about usage and purpose of Firewalls
Good Team player - Able to work independently and well on a team.
Caring and no bossy attitude.
Willingness to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
Passion to excel in whatever you do.
Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box are ESSENTIAL.
Honesty and Integrity
The ability to respond effectively under pressure.

B. tech / M. tech
