Job Description: Field Sales Executive - PAYTM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to merchants and complete assigned tasks effectively.
- Onboard merchants by registering them on our platform and setting up QR code, Sound Box and EDC Machine for transactions.
- Develop a strong understanding of Paytm’s products to provide clear and effective communication to merchants.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with merchants by addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Preferred Requirements (to enhance selection chances):
- Possession of a two-wheeler for field visits.
- An Android smartphone for managing daily operational tasks and apps.
Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Freshers welcome).
- Only male candidates are eligible for this position.
Age requirement: 18 to 35 years
Skills Required: Strong Sales and Communication Skills
Key Products:
- EDC Machines: Electronic Data Capture devices used for secure payment processing.
- QR Code Onboarding: Simplified customer onboarding using QR codes for easy installation and setup.
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Region: Coverage within a 4-5 km radius
- Convince Allowance: Oil & Gas: ₹100/day , Dairy: ₹100/day, Railway & Enterprises: ₹800/month
Salary & Incentives:
- Base Salary: 80% of sales value (based on successful deals)
- Incentive: An additional ₹2000 incentive for each active machine installation that remains operational for more than 10 days.
Interview Process: There will be 1 HR Round and 1 TL Round, both will be telephonic interview
