Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will head our Marketing department. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our Ayurvedic medicine products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing, with a focus on creating compelling campaigns and making new relationships with doctors and other stakeholders. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the Ayurvedic medicine industry.
2. Brand Development: Build and strengthen the brand identity of our Ayurvedic medicine products. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
3. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for professional development. Effectively manage and allocate resources within the marketing department to optimise team performance and achieve departmental goals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
4. Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive product awareness and sales. Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful content and visuals for campaigns.
5. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Utilise data analytics to measure the performance of digital campaigns and optimise for effectiveness.
6. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, health professionals, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with sales teams to develop joint marketing initiatives with distributors and retailers.
7. Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring maximum visibility and impact. Work closely with product development teams to understand and communicate product benefits effectively.
8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver measurable results. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives. Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer healthcare or Ayurvedic products. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth. Strong understanding of Ayurveda, traditional medicine, or related fields is highly desirable.
