About the Role

As a Salesforce Pre-Sales Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by shaping and delivering compelling Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Presentation:
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs.
    • Design and present tailored Salesforce solutions that address specific business challenges.
    • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, highlighting Salesforce's capabilities.
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover client requirements and pain points.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications for the implementation team.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce platform, architecture, and products.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends.
    • Leverage your technical expertise to guide clients and address complex questions.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    • Analyze the competitive landscape and position Salesforce as the superior solution.
    • Leverage competitive insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and credibility.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proof of Concept Development:
    • Develop and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.
    • Guide clients through the POC process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • RFP Response:
    • Contribute to the development of compelling RFP and RFI responses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
  • Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture, preferably with Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce technologies (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, integrations).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
