Key Activities
- Responsible to meet annual budget including booking, revenue, gross margin, collections targets; operates within expense budget guidelines & policies
- Responsible to generate & enhance print business from various segments, commercial, publishing, packaging etc. along with digital products. Core responsibility of effectively managing and developing Customers
- Responsible to grow printing and packaging business by effectively managing and developing new customers aggressively
- Understand the product portfolio available with the business and ensure maximum penetration with each account. Cross and increase sales per account
- Participate in strategy building and implement agreed plans to grow profitable sales
- Develop a Key Account Management plan for each Key Account assigned.
- Ensure continuous focus on acquisition by developing and acting on a Sales Pipeline
- Generate leads and follows up diligently on leads and opportunities. Develop and proactively update a Prospect list for business development
- Regular sales visits to assigned accounts to strengthen relationships at multiple levels
- Ensure comprehensive coverage and knowledge of assigned territory
- Ensure proper documentation of customer information, market and competition and provide the same to marketing and sales head in relevant format
- Responsible for preparation of Sales Forecasts for bookings, revenue, pipeline and leads and assist in the development and preparation of the Sales and Marketing Plan and Sales Budget
- Prepare and maintain on-line, updated relevant documentation, records, formats and MIS for easy referencing and retrievability.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree. MBA will be an added advantage though not mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience. Prior experience in printing, publishing, packaging and related industries will be preferred (but not mandatory)

- Must be results oriented, assertive and self motivated. Should possess a track record of exceptional performance in sales or business development roles
- Have professional selling and presentation skills
- Must have excellent negotiation skills to close sales at target profitability
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have decision-making ability to perceive and evaluate alternatives, analyze impact of decisions before executing them, and implement decisions with appropriate evidence and rationale
- Adaptive to changing environment and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
TECHNICAL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English
- Good understanding of key business drivers in printing/packaging/paper business is desirable
- Good knowledge of the market, external competitor activity and market trends/ opportunities.
