Project Manager (scrum Master) Job in The Gateway Corp

Project Lead & Scrum Master.
Minimum 12 years of experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Must have experience working as Scrum Master for multiple Scrum Teams
Should have technical background in the past
Experience working with cross-functional and cross-geo teams with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies and related activities
Exposure to handling pressure delivery situations and troubleshooting
Exposure to process compliance and external audits
Driving resource planning and resource management
Involved in team s Learning and Development planning
Involved in tracking and driving initiatives for optimal productivity and utilization
Experience in leading team, can coordinate & help the team to deliver with both high quality & speed
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar is must
Can define and drives project governance process
Responsible for managing development activities / business implementation and delivery excellence
Experience in managing stakeholders & clients
Good with conflict management, social & team-building skills
Manage Proposals, SOW/Purchase orders, NDA and other customer documents
Manage & engage in Performance Management process
Work with HR closely on various people aspects for better retention
Excellent communication skills
Excellent documentation skills
Good to have Scrum certification
Good to have experience working with European clients
