Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are followed. 2. Social Media Management: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization's social media presence. Create and schedule social media posts that align with our content calendar, promoting engagement and brand awareness. Monitor and moderate user interactions and comments, fostering positive online community engagement. 3. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and integrate them into our strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of posts and campaigns. Generate regular reports outlining key metrics and insights to guide future decision-making and optimize strategies. 5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the content strategist, content manager, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment between content and design.
