Has grown and managed sales revenues of INR 50 Cr and upwards Is deeply networked with the largest media and ad agencies across India Has managed multiple revenue streams (sponsored content, events, IPs, display ads and more) Is an excellent communicator; build trusted relationships, and clearly articulate key value propositions, processes, and performance Has owned P&L in a past role and have a general management experience Strategically views the marketplace, analyzes opportunities and successfully manages the growth of a profitable content business. Is strategic and highly analytical with an inclination towards data-driven decision making and execution Has the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales territories and leverage the right resources to optimize results. Wants to make an impact in the world Is fun to hangout with and brings in all the moves to the party floor Your key responsibilities:
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company s revenue generating departments Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Sales and Brand Solutions department Within 60 days, evaluate the current team and their processes and present a plan to (i) improve current workflows, (ii) better align sales, marketing and business development efforts, and (iii) establish measurable key metrics for each team. Recommend and execute on go-to-market strategies and channel development strategies to maximize revenue Define, measure and report the performance of all paid marketing channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals including subscriber acquisition and retention Refine and govern the sales organization s performance management system. This includes establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures, and allocating organizational objectives across all sales markets and personnel while ensuring all sales associates are held accountable for assigned results What can you expect?
