• Responsible for upkeep of Dispensing, Granulation and Blending areas
• Take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, production and quality targets and to ensure smooth running of the production processes
• Take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the companies quality systems, processes and procedures
• Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff
• Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues
• Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adheredduring the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the companies Health and Safety policy
• Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand
• Work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools
• Ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift
• Installation, operation and performance qualification of all machines in manufacturing area
• Handling of SAP R/3 system (Dispensing and manufacturing related transactions)
• Performing batch-manufacturing activities as per BMR instruction
• Should play critical role in regulatory and customer audit by keeping the department audit worthy at all time
• Coordination with cross-functional departments
• Should have exposure for handling Regulatory auditsand Customer audit

Qualification : Bachelor of Pharmacy with 07 to 10 Years of Experience
