Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls or chat support.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Skills Required:
Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Tamil/Hindi based on process).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Eligibility:
12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
