Job Summary
Here s what we re looking for:
- Deep understanding of building scalable and maintainable test automation solutions including but not limited to Web, API and Mobile applications
- Strong leadership skills that inspires team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
- Strategic influencing skills including the ability to promote continuous improvements in QA processes at all levels and across all areas of the team
- Demonstrated experience of improving development practices to raise quality
Mandatory Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent computer fundamentals, analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional testing skills.Provide good attention to details
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
