Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in Digital ATE domain as a Test engineer.
  • Familiar with Semiconductor manufacturing process and procedures in the wafer sort and/or Final test environments.
  • Good experience in Digital product debugging skill, Test program development on the Digital Tester platform.
  • V93K, J750, Ulfex, LTX D110 ATE platform experience is highly preferred.
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance to overcome technical challenges in the area of Test development and product bring up.
  • University Engineering Degree/ Diploma in Electrical / Electronic discipline with a basic understanding of Analog electronics fundamentals and circuit theory is a must.

Good Experience in :

  • Debug on ATPG, SAF, Scan patterns.
  • Failure analysis of digital patterns.
  • Various digital debug tools as like as Shmoo Plot and Pin Margin.

Knowledge on :

  • Digital capture and Digital source.
  • Protocols: JTAG, SPI and I2C.
  • Common electronic bench equipment like oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer.

Qualification :
B.E / B.Tech
