Job Summary

You have a way with words and derive a kick out of writing user friendly technical documents. Your writing prowess can help our innovation team, working on Cognitive technologies, describe products through great manuals using technical workflow.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 5 years of technical product documentation experience.
  • You are well familiar with User Guide, Technical Manual, Workflow diagram.
  • Should be well versed with technical jargons.
  • You are accomplished at writing customer/end user facing materials.
  • You are a grammar and syntax nazi and aware of the best practices of writing a variety of technical documents.
  • You have fundamental knowledge of core technical communication concepts, such as topic-based authoring, minimalism, task-oriented design and single-sourcing.
  • You can effortlessly collaborate with subject matter experts to research a software product, determine functionality and design features, then communicate those effectively to the user.
  • You have worked on documentation tools like Confluence, CMS, MS Office.

  • Responsible for writing engaging content for the brands product promotion and product description.
  • Would also be responsible for planning and creating content for title, reviews, product descriptions and grammar check.
  • Producing well researched, engaging and audience-oriented content on tight deadlines and limited span of time.
  • To Produce Quality and fact-filled content that can convince readers to do the favorable actions.
  • To produce an engaging and highly creative piece that can set brand tone in a convincing manner.
  • Responsible for creation of product title using product feature keyword, color quantity information and use of proper subheadings to make the content interactive and appealing.
  • Researching and organizing facts and sources from the provided brand source file and brand link.
  • Should be able to align content as per the product and vertical template.
  • Should know unique and varied writing styles with sound proofreading and research skills.
  • Responsible for creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy.
  • Knack for independent and group work and capacity to successfully manage a pipeline of duties with minimal supervision.

    • Skills Required :
    Strong Writing Skills, Knowledge of documentation tools such as Confluence, CMS and MS Office
