Job Summary

Support region with Revenue recognition as per IFRS & IAS standards
Preparation of monthly revenue reconciliation
Support group audit for revenue numbers
Perform variance analysis to Budget/Forecast
Preparation of Month end reports, accruals & other journals entries in oracle
Preparation of group consolidation pack and rollover activities
Preparation and upload of Budget and Forecast journal entries in to Hyperion
Flexibility and consistency of financial models, improving accuracy and speed of production, interpretation and decision-making
Ensuring compliance to all group policies and maintain records to enable audit
Adherence to the SLA Timelines, Quality and Reporting requirements
Prepare and assist in documentation of processes
Any Other Ad Hoc analysis/reports as per Business requirement.

SSC reporting team is an very integral part of Finance, which focus more on Management reporting and helping in management for their decision making. Will be responsible for adherence to policy/procedures, compliance, Planning & group consolidation. Attention to detail is one key quality where the numbers provided will be used for arriving at EPS, publication to stake holders and market, in compliance with the prevailing standards set by IFRS/IAS.

Bachelor | PG degree in Commerce with around 4-6 years of experience in R2R function.
Strong Accounting knowledge
Good communication skills, eye for detail with strong analytical skills
Should have working knowledge in excel and other MS-Office suite
Team-player, Business acumen and able to work in matrix organization with moderate Project Management skills
Prior experience of working in a Shared Service environment is an added advantage
