THE ROLE

We are looking for Senior SoftwareEngineers to drive and Provide Technical Support for Temenos Suite of productsthatspan acrossMobile Fabric&Mobile Application DevelopmentPlatform. You will work with Developers & Executives from Enterprise TechnologyCustomer Organizations to help them use Temenos products without any issues &challenges. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success &Services teams to resolve customer issues, escalations and assist inuse case implementations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide technical support for Temeno's customers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and other delivery team to resolve & manage customer issues and escalations.
  • Lead and mentor the support team and skilled technical professionals in technology leadership, problem solving and customer management.
  • Design and implement client-side application solutions.
  • Develop integration solutions between the product server-side components and customer systems.
  • Be self-critical, questioning and committed to personal career growth and technical excellence of the team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and Support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is required.
  • Excellent Programming & debugging skills.
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
  • Experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, RDBMS and Webservers.
  • Mobile or Web development background is preferred.
  • Experience in native mobile or like iOS, Android or Windows is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Product/Application support is preferred.
  • Should be able to deliver 24x7 support to our global customer base.
