Team Leader Operations
Experience: 4 - 6 Year
The Position:
We are looking for a person to lead or assist a group of agents to accomplish our client goals. Key Accountabilities Are:
Requirements:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a about 15 - 25 people team for the client
- Work with the Manager to meet the following deliverables
- Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly productivity SLAs are met.
- Ensure target CSAT results are maintained by all agents.
- Perform quality checks and coach agents on areas of improvement.
- Ensure the team is 100% knowledgeable on the process and that all updates are disseminated in a systematic way.
- Maintain acceptable attendance and attrition performance standards.
- Ensure all day-to-day tasks, reports, etc. are handled in a timely manner and contain all necessary information.
- Refine practices, systems, reports, etc. on the process to increase efficiency. Share ideas in order to improve things overall.
- Identify potential leaders within the team and coach them to take on more responsibility.
Education and Experience:
- 4 6 years of overall experience in the ITES/BPO industry.
- 2+ years of relevant professional work experience.
