Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities Roles and responsibility: The Application Support Engineer position will be responsible for all technical aspects of maintaining and supporting Chat platform known as Live Engage. Primary responsibilities will include supporting Chat environment to meet Business needs and implement projects to roll out new technologies to enhance customer experience. Manage and configure the chat / LiveEngage application as per business requirements Provide support to call center agents in production environment. Develop POCs, work with vendor team to run various simulations in lower environments to validate the POC with little supervision and hand-holding. Develop Technical Use Cases documentation to support business requirements for new features with little supervision and hand-holding Play key role and work with different teams resolving service impacting critical issues. Provide support for technical and infrastructure issues for chat, forums, telephony and remote support applications. Plan and perform infrastructure maintenance & application upgrades. Take responsibility of making the system compliant with all audit and compliance regulation
