Project Manager - Embedded Firmware ( Pm - Sde ) Job in Teksun Inc

Technical Skills :

• Understand the requirements and prepare estimates, solution and proposal taking support from various internal stakeholders
• Develop project plan, schedule and setup tracking and reporting aligned with defined methodology
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Identify the risks and provide a mitigation plan in a timely manner
• Identify and manage dependencies with internal and external parties to reduce impact on baseline parameters like cost, schedule etc
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Timely and proactive reporting of progress to all stakeholders
• Follow and ensure adherence to project development methodology as defined from time to time
• Guide and mentor the project team to deliver the commitments at required quality and within budget
• Track and report project metrics; take corrective actions for continuous improvement
• Identify and implement innovation and automation to improve productivity
• Focus on innovative solutions based on value addition to the customer and end users
• Responsible for complete project management by monitoring and controlling cost, quality and schedule

Required technical and Managerial skills :

• Project Management and Execution tools like MS Project, JIRA, Gantter, etc.
• Must understand scope / out of scope and able to convince and negotiate with customer for the same
• Must be effective operating in a multi-disciplined technology environment coupled with an obsession for responsiveness to Project requirements.
• Should have financial and business acumen skills.
• Able to manage projects with various life cycles: Waterfall, Agile, V-model etc.
• Excellent in communication and understand work culture of various geographies
• Experience working on end to end product development in Embedded and IoT based products
• Experience working with microcontrollers and processors
• Experience working with Linux and AOSP related board bring up and application development
• Must be able to design and architecture Embedded and IoT based projects
• Must have experience working with hardware team, use hardware tools for debugging
• Strong sense of ownership, passionate, fast learner, detail-oriented, analytical mindset, perfection seeker.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

Good to have :

• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms like AWS, AZURE or Google cloud
• Experience with Android, Java, and Kotlin
